Millbrook Manor Nursing Home is a purpose built luxury nursing home designed to meet the individual needs of the older person in pleasant surroundings whilst facilitating freedom and independence for the more active. There are 59 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, finished to exceptionally high standard with flat screen television, phone points and computer connections in all rooms. Beds are of the highest quality and are all profiling/adjustable for extra comfort and nursing care. Our catering team produce all meals on site and aim to make each dining expereince a pleasurable one. 

Pharmacy
All medications are dispensed by pharmacists who deliver our medication requirments to the nursing home on a daily basis. All medications are administered by our nursing staff. Best practise is maintained in relation to adminstration, storage and disposal of all medication at all times. We can arrange to have our pharmist consult with our residents where required. Our staff are happy to assist and answer any queries you may have about your medication. 

Multi Disciplinary Team
Our residents have access to medical, dental, opthalmic, chiropody, audiology, physiotherapy, dietetic and alternative therapist services. We strive to ensure that our approach to care delivery in inclusive of the relevant multidisciplinay team members to provide appropriate holisitc care at all times. 

Entertainment and Leisure
Millbrook Manor Nursing Home endeavours to provide a theme/activity that is seasonal and promotes inclusion of our community resources. We activiely encourage our residents to maintain their links with community based activities where ever possible. We promote an open visiting culture and encourage family participation in our activity events. Daily newspapers can be arranged for residents where requested (cost is incurred by the resident).  We have a secure internal courtyard and extensive landscaped gardens to ensure outdoor activity is encouraged and supported. There is a smoking room onsite for our residents use. 

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available onsite to ensure we have a responsive and effective laundry service. We have laundry personel on duty every day. Dry cleaning is not included but can be arranged on an individual basis if required(cost incurred by resident).
